Role Overview

We’re hiring a high-agency Product Marketer to own the narrative and go-to-market for:

  1. Octo our multi-model, multi-agent, multi-tool orchestration layer
  2. Maya: The interface powering generative experiences, engagement, and monetization
  3. Capability Marketplace: plug-and-play AI capabilities that turn brands into frontier AI companies

This is an independent contributor role. You will:

  1. Define how the market understands our product
  2. Create high-impact product narratives and demos
  3. Execute end-to-end using AI tools
  4. Improve how the company communicates internally

What You’ll Own

1. Product Narrative (Octo + Maya)

  1. Turn complex AI infrastructure into clear, differentiated use cases
  2. Explain:
  3. How Octo orchestrates models, agents, and tools
  4. How Maya converts engagement into revenue
  5. Build narratives that connect:
  6. Product → Experience → Business outcome

2. High-Impact Video & Demo Content

  1. Create deep, product-first videos:
  2. Use-case walkthroughs
  3. Before → After → Impact stories
  4. Focus on:
  5. Clarity
  6. Conviction
  7. Differentiation
  8. Output expectation:
  9. 2–4 exceptional assets/month (not content volume)

3. Product Launches (End-to-End Ownership)

  1. Own:
  2. Positioning
  3. Messaging
  4. Core assets
  5. Distribution logic
  6. Turn every launch into:
  7. A flagship narrative
  8. A flagship demo
  9. Sales-ready assets

4. Category & PR Narrative

  1. Position Genuin as:
  2. Not a tool
  3. Not an ad network
  4. But generative engagement & revenue infrastructure
  5. Create narratives like:
  6. “Brands as AI companies”
  7. “From campaigns → continuous generative experiences”

5. Internal Communication (AI-Driven)

  1. Improve how the company communicates:
  2. Product updates → clear narratives
  3. Sales insights → structured outputs
  4. Implement AI workflows that:
  5. Increase clarity
  6. Reduce noise
  7. Speed up decisions

6. AI-Native Execution

  1. Use AI to:
  2. Script, edit, and produce content
  3. Iterate on messaging
  4. Build repeatable workflows
  5. Operate as a team of one with leverage

Success Metrics (You Own These)

  1. NPS: 60+ (world-class for B2B infra)
  2. Product Clarity:
  3. 70% of prospects understand Octo + Maya in first conversation
  4. Revenue Influence:
  5. 40% of enterprise deals influenced by your assets
  6. Sales Velocity:
  7. 20–30% faster deal cycles
  8. Content Effectiveness:
  9. Top-tier engagement (not volume)
  10. Sales actively using your assets
  11. Internal Impact:
  12. Faster, clearer communication across teams

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  1. Proven ability to own strategy + execution independently
  2. Experience in:
  3. Product marketing / growth for AI, AdTech, MarTech, or infra products
  4. Strong skills in:
  5. Product storytelling
  6. Video/demo creation
  7. Narrative clarity
