About The Role:

The way great products get built is changing fast. Engineering is no longer the bottleneck — ideation and alignment are. We’re looking for a Product Manager who has already internalised this shift and works accordingly.

At Genuin, the process isn't to write a spec, hand it over, and wait. For our AI products, it looks more like this: develop a crisp concept document that captures the idea and the intent, use AI tools to turn that into a working prototype quickly enough that the org can actually feel the experience and then move into scoping with the team aligned on what we’re building and why. This is how we move fast without losing quality.

If that way of working excites you rather than intimidates you, read on.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop clear, well-reasoned concept documents that define what we want to build, why it matters, and what a great version of it looks like.
  2. Use AI tools to rapidly prototype experiences — turning concepts into something tangible the team can react to, before a single sprint is planned.
  3. Present prototypes and concepts to the broader org to build alignment early, gather feedback, and sharpen the direction.
  4. Move confidently into scoping once the experience is clear — working with engineering and design to break down what it takes to build it right.
  5. Own the AI products roadmap and take features from first idea through to live product.
  6. Track what’s working once features ship — adoption, retention, user feedback — and feed that back into the next cycle.
  7. Stay close to the AI landscape: new models, new tools, new capabilities. Bring the most relevant ones into the product.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 3–5 years of product management experience.
  2. Genuinely comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work — not just to save time on admin, but to run a qualitatively different process than what was possible before.
  3. You’ve used AI to build or prototype something, and you can talk through what you made, why you made it, and what you’d do differently. The form doesn’t matter much — it could be a side project, something built at work, an automation that solved a real problem.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication — your concept documents are clear and opinionated, not hedged and vague.
  5. Comfortable moving fast in an environment where the roadmap evolves and that’s a feature, not a bug.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Claude’s Cowork mode to build working prototypes directly from a concept — if you’ve used these tools to take an idea from a document to something the team can click through, that’s exactly the muscle we’re looking for.
  2. You have something to show us — a prototype link, a GitHub repo, a write-up, a demo. We’re more interested in how you think and what you built than in the polish. Even a README explaining the problem and the approach goes a long way.
  3. Background in consumer apps, short-form video, or social products.
  4. You’ve worked in a startup before — you know how to make good decisions with incomplete information.

Key Success Metrics

  1. Speed from concept to prototype to scoped initiative.
  2. Quality and adoption of shipped AI features.
  3. Alignment across the org before engineering begins, not during.
  4. Reduction in mid-build pivots and late-stage surprises.

Why Join Us

  1. We’ve already moved past the old way of working — you won’t be fighting the culture to work this way.
  2. High ownership from day one, with direct access to founders.
  3. Collaborative team that builds fast and cares about craft.
  4. Competitive compensation and equity.

If you want to help shape the future of video, media, commerce, and AI-led experiences, we’d love to meet you.
