About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Android Developer with 5+ years of

experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal

candidate should have strong technical expertise, a passion for clean code, and the ability to

collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and ship new features.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
6. Ensure applications meet quality standards, including usability, performance, and security.
7. Stay updated with emerging Android technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 5+ years of professional experience in Android development.
3. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
4. Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
6. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines.
7. Experience with Git or other version control systems.
8. Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room).
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
3. Experience optimizing apps for performance and scalability.
4. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
5. Published apps on Google Play Store are a plus.
