About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. As a TAM at Genuin, you’ll act as the primary technical point of contact for our key clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful implementation, and long-term satisfaction with our services. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver exceptional post-sales support and maintain high client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product and operational programs across multiple teams.
- Establish scalable processes, workflows, and documentation standards for product development and release cycles.
- Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs; proactively resolve blockers.
- Partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps with operational readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and stakeholder updates.
- Implement tools and dashboards for visibility into program health and performance.
- Drive post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights, reporting, and operational recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup or product-led organization.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Background working closely with engineering or product teams.
- Certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (optional but valued).
- Should be having SDK implementation and integration experience.
